Step into the festive period at a one-of-a-kind medieval themed family-focused Christmas fayre at the magical Michelham Priory, near Hailsham in East Sussex.
Walk through the Gatehouse, and you’ll feel you’ve entered a medieval winter wonderland in full festive celebration with a range of jovial entertainment, ‘make & take’ and ‘have-a-go’ activities for all ages, roaring fires to roast marshmallows, traditional seasonal food and drinks, and a marketplace filled with unique gifts where your Christmas shopping can begin.

TIME SLOTS: To minimise queues and crowds, we ask you to book an arrival timeslot for your visit to England’s Medieval Christmas Fayre. You can arrive at any time during your booked timeslot, and once on-site are welcome to stay as long as you wish.

**No General Visitor Parking On-site at Michelham Priory. There are Park & Ride shuttle buses from Arlington Speedway (Eastbourne Speedway)**

**General Parking: All Visitors will be required to park at Arlington Stadium (Eastbourne Speedway ) Arlington Rd W, Hailsham BN27 3RE
Shuttle Buses: Buses will be running throughout the day between the parking and Michelham Priory, and back. (9.30am to 6.30pm)
BLUE BADGE: Limited Blue Badge Parking at Michelham Priory.

Getting to Parking & Shuttle Buses at Arlington Stadium (Eastbourne Speedway)
By Car
From the North, London, or M25, leave the M25 on the M23 junction (signed for Gatwick and Brighton) and follow the M23. Follow the M23 (turns into A23) until you reach the A27 junction (just before you reach Brighton). Follow the A27 and signs heading east, and the site is 8 miles north-west of Eastbourne off the A22/A27, and is signposted off the A22 Hailsham by-pass.
From the West, or the South Coast, you can approach Eastbourne from the M27 (turns into the A27).
From North Kent you could travel via the M25 / M23, or from South Kent you could follow the A21 until Battle, then cut across to Pevensey Bay and Eastbourne.
By Rail / Train:
The nearest station to Arlington Stadium (Eastbourne Speedway) is at Polegate, which is served by trains from London, Brighton and Ashford. Taking a taxi is the best option.
